  1. Identifying key geographies to enter and key crops to target
  2. Building and managing sales team in various geographies of the region
  3. Setting monthly and season targets and aligning on-ground sales teams and managers for achieving the same
  4. Planning and executing key marketing activities for new customer acquisition and building brand awareness
  5. Closely working with the procurement team for product ranges,SKUs and brands and training the sales team on the same.
